Refund & Policy
Anish Cosmetics is aware of the significance of returns and replacements when it comes to online purchasing. But in order to avoid fraud, the following requirements must be satisfied in order to be qualified for our Return & Replacement offer:
- Only damaged or incorrectly delivered items are covered under the return and replacement policy.
- Claims must be filed no later than 24 hours after delivery. Any claim made more than 24 hours after the delivery date won’t be taken into consideration.
- The claimed item must remain in its original packing and condition without being opened, unsealed, or used.
- Only claims that are sent back to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date will be eligible for replacement. A replacement will be sent after the quality assurance team has received and evaluated the return and successfully assessed the product’s condition.
- Customers have the option of returning an item to our address, or they can request a pick-up, in which case our staff will arrange for a pickup through our logistic partners (if such a facility is available in the desired city/area).
- The returned items must be packaged carefully to prevent transport damages because they are the customers’ responsibility up until they arrive at our warehouse.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Time: After the order has been confirmed, our delivery time for the entire country is 3-5 working days, if not sooner. Depending on the weather and situations relating to public safety, the delivery time for every order is subject to change.
Order tracking: Once an order has been shipped and is ready for delivery, consumers will receive a text message with information about the tracking number and courier service handling their order. After the purchase has been shipped out for 24 hours, customers can track their order by entering their tracking number in the courier’s portal. Customers must be reachable at the phone number they have supplied in the shipping details as riders are urged to get in touch with them at the time of delivery.

Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping on orders of Rs. 3000 or more, and our nationwide delivery fees are Rs. 150. We occasionally run free delivery and free gift deals.
Giveaway promotions and free gifts: Freebies are entirely effort-based, and the winners are chosen with this in mind. In promotions offering free gifts, only clients who meet the requirements for the gifts will receive them (time, date, minimum order value)
